Payment Schedule | Cancelation and Refund Policy | Late Fee

• First Deposit $200 per person at the time of booking

• Second Payment $400 more due February 28th, 2025 per person

• Remaining balance due May 30th, 2025 per person

• 100% refund if canceled before February 15th, 2025. No refund after February 15th, 2025. Transfers of deposits are only allowed for new reservations. Payments can be made via Zelle or CashApp to Michael Douglas, at 570-417-5204. If you were to send money via Zelle or CashApp, send a follow-up email or text letting us know you’ve made a payment. Include your name, phone number, and trip country/date in the Zelle and CashApp memo section.

• A $150 late fee will be added per person for final payment after May 30th, 2025.

• Price is based on double occupancy (Single rate starts at $1475 per person)
