  • The third person sharing a room is provided with a sofa bed or a roll-away bed.

  • EU hotel occupancy regulations allow a maximum of 3 persons in a room.

Payment Schedule | Cancelation and Refund Policy | Late Fee

  • First Deposit $250 per person at the time of booking

  • Second Payment $884 due February 20th, 2025 per person

  • Third Payment $884 due March 20th, 2025 per person

  • Remaining balance due April 1st, 2025 per person

  • 100% refund if canceled before February 15th, 2025. No refund after February 15th, 2025. All charge card payments are subject to a 5% credit/debit card fee. This fee applies to payments and refunds. Transfers of deposits are only allowed for new reservations. To avoid paying extra fees, Zelle or CashApp payments to Michael Douglas, at 570-417-5204. If you were to send money via Zelle or CashApp, send a follow-up email or text letting us know you’ve made a payment. Include your name, phone number, and trip date in the Zelle and CashApp memo section.

  • A $150 late fee will be added per person for final payment after April 15th, 2025.
