Arrive at Indira Gandhi International Airport, Delhi, where you will receive a warm welcome from our representative.

Board your luxury air-conditioned bus for the approximately 4-hour journey to Agra via the Yamuna Expressway.

Upon arrival, check in to your luxury hotel and relax.

The evening is at leisure, with an optional visit to Mehtab Bagh for views of the Taj Mahal around sunset.

Cancellation Policy

Payment Schedule
First deposit of $200 is due now to reserve your spot.
Second payment of $800 (per person) is due before January 30th, 2027.
Third payment of 50% of the remaining balance is due before April 15th, 2027.
Final payment of 100% of the remaining balance due before June 30th, 2027.

Single-room supplement:
$850 additional and is mandatory for the participant who does not have a roommate.

Refund and Payment Policy

Full Refund: Cancellations made before December 30th, 2026, qualify for a 100% refund.
No Refund or Transfer: Cancellations made on or after December 30th, 2026 are non‑refundable and non‑transferable.
Payment Schedule & Late Fees: To avoid late fees or cancellation of your reservation, please make payments according to the schedule. Early payments are welcome.
